please join us for an amazing weekend of training, learning and socializing. Activities include track + SWIM workouts, HILL CLIMBS, clinicS, seminars on TECH, FUELING + HYDRATION. We will also have Hyperice recovery devices.

This weekend will be great for all levels of athletes looking to get some solid training in with awesome people.

2024 GRIT LA TRAINING CAMP REGISTRATION

    Bike & all training apparel & flat kit

    Wetsuit (i have some you can borrow, you need to bring it to the camp though and are responsible for it)

    Googles

    Run shoes

    Nutrition

    Fins (I have some fins folks can borrow)

    Pull buoy swim caps

    SAG 12 Passenger Van + GAS For all rides

You will need to purchase flights, travel accomodations to house, food/preferred hydration & nutrition and social expenses.

Deposit is $850 if you can’T pay in full.

DAY ONE 3/27

  • Folks start to arrive morning to mid day.

DAY TWO 3/28

  • Wheels down 6:40am …Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:40am. Departs from the Manhattan Beach Pier. Neutral until Pershing Dr, then fast pace for four laps on Westchester Parkway until the sprint finish just east of Falmouth Ave. 25.2 miles, 761 feet elevation gain.

    ROUTE

  • Alanas Meetup for folks who didn’t do NPR.

  • (Post NPR) SAG will be parked at Alanas to take folks to Palos, Verdes. I’ll have the cooler w/ice.

    MEETUP Malaga Cove fountain in Palos Verdes Estates (There is parking nearby) 10AM

    30 Mile Ride (6 laps) with some hills to work on climbing and descending.

DAY THREE 3/29

  • Proper Sleep / hydration & nutrition is needed. Will be a very hard day. We will have sag support. You can leave extra water bottles in the cooler. The SAG will wait for everyone to make it up before leaving.

  • 7:30AM

    70 MILES UP PCH TO “THR ROCK” A LITTLE PAST MALIBU.

    THE SAG CAR WILL MEET US AT THE ROCK.
